A useful petroleum product quotation starts with a clear buying requirement. When contacting Etemadi’s Dubai team, include the product, specification, quantity, packaging and destination. These details help us review your enquiry and prepare an offer for the proposed shipment.
Start with the product and specification
For bitumen, state the required grade and packaging. For base oil, identify the required grade or specification. A crude oil enquiry should identify the crude grade and any required assay information. Include the specification or supporting technical document whenever available.
For diesel, gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil or naphtha, state the intended application and required quality specification. For sulfur, specify the required form and quality. For paraffin and wax, include the grade and application.
Provide quantity, packaging and destination
Quantity: Include both the amount and unit, such as metric tonnes, litres or barrels. Explain whether the enquiry is for a single shipment or a recurring requirement. Avoid sending a quantity without its unit.
Packaging: Tell us whether you need bulk supply, drums, jumbo bags, containers or another arrangement. Packaging suitability and availability depend on the product and must be confirmed in the offer.
Destination: Name the delivery country and destination port or city. Add the requested shipment window and proposed delivery term, such as FOB or CIF, if known. The precise named location and the responsibilities of each party must be agreed in writing.
Share your company contact details
Our quick quotation form requires your company name, mobile number with country code, country and email address. You can also add a specification, delivery term and notes. Clear contact details allow our team to ask any necessary questions and respond to your enquiry.
Review your request before sending
The form prepares a message for you to review. Selecting “Continue to WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with your enquiry; you must press Send in WhatsApp to deliver it to our team. The form does not issue an automatic product price or place an order.
Indicative Brent and WTI market figures on the website are market references, not Etemadi product quotations. The final product offer depends on the agreed specification, quantity, packaging, destination, delivery terms and availability.
A practical enquiry checklist
Before sending, check that your message includes the product and grade, quantity and unit, packaging, destination, shipment timing and company contact details. Mention any required inspection or documentation.
Prepare your quotation request or contact our Dubai team. Availability, specifications, payment and shipment arrangements remain subject to confirmation in the written offer.
